Find out how they choose a carrier. Once you have a specific company or individual in mind, find out more about them such as how they choose a carrier, their safety records, and how much of a reputation were they able to build. Along with that, ask them how many trucks do they currently own and the number of drivers available.

Six, their set of communication skills. They will be the ones who would look for a carrier for you. This means they represent your company and over time so does their drivers. They must be a good representation to your company, that when ask by other people specially those planning to buy from you they know how to communicate well.
